Sorry you are unhappy with shipping time and costs. I just looked and shipping did cost $9.40 for me to ship from FL to CA using eBay label. Also as I stated in message response that I shipped your item the same day as purchase. Unfortunately sellers have no more control over how long usps takes than you do. Your dress did track entire time.
