He interviewed scores of steelworkers, company managers at all levels, and union officials, and was present at many of the crucial events he describes. The item came as described was packaged pretty good book was in good shape, just as the description described. I tried to contact seller twice and never got a response other then that the transaction went pretty good if seller tried harder to answer questions i would have given a 5 star review but because i had trouble getting in contact with him, and still haven’t heard from them and book is already delivered ill leave a 4 star review i would recommend this seller

Due to unfortunate circumstances it looks like the postal service lost the original item. Seller was very prompt with communication in locating another copy and shipped it out ASAP. Fantastic customer service, communication, packaging, etc. 11/10, would buy again

The item did not arrive at all (it was sent untracked from the US to the UK), but the seller issued a refund when I requested one, so although I didn't get the item, my interaction with this seller was positive and would be happy to buy from them again.
