I ordered this item and because of an old shipping address the seller was unable to send it. They sent several messages explaining how to cancel the order and then re-buy it. They saved the item for me and sent me a new reorder number. The item came within the week in a cute reusable box. It clearly was brand new. Since it is a discontinued item, I was happy to have found it. Thanks from someone who doesn’t navigate eBay all that often

Packaging was adequate, although there should have been more distance between the glass bowls and the box walls. If the box had been dented by an external fall or mishandling, there was zero buffer space.
