I'm very impressed with this seller having purchased other CDs from them with complete satisfaction. I will definitely continue to buy CDs from OUNZ. A top 5 star seller many thanks.

However Ounz were very friendly and easy to communicate with and quickly concluded their own investigation and issued a full refund. I would use this seller again without hesitation. Royal Mail though ? I wish their was more choice ... I would opt out if I could.
