The item description was listed as new. I don’t care about the box & would have purchased regardless because the books themselves were fine, but if I was purchasing as a gift and not for myself, it would have been disappointing. Otherwise, everything was great. Shipping was prompt, it was a great price/value. Would most likely purchase again.
