The skirt was as described, new with tags. The skirt was a very good price compared to my previous one but the postage added to the cost but well worth it. Other sellers had replacement for min. of $20 plus shipping. He sent me refund of $10 out of $55. Sellers must bubble wrap and put in boxes large enough for product. This wouldn't have been an issue. I’m glad I made an offer on this and didn’t pay full price, but after this purchase I wouldn’t buy anything from them-seemed a little deceptive
