The disc under normal light looks Mint, yet when I hold it directly under the light, I can see hundreds of scratches. I started the disc and it works... so I don't know. Maybe it was Buffed or Refurbished. Either way, as long as it works, that is the main issue. Shipping Speed Excellent. Good Disc hard plastic case. We do Refinish all of our games to a scratch free data surface and all of our games are guaranteed. We have extremely high end equipment and your disc should not have arrived with scratches. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any issues with it at all. We even spend the extra money to include the nicer cases instead of shipping in paper sleeves since those will actually scratch discs. Total was $21 Shipping was free
