The item arrived in its original box, although it looked like the box had been opened previously and then re-taped because the tape was not neat, and was wrapped and folded in many places. The box was also not in great condition, with dents on the sides. When I opened the box, every one of the four pieces arrived cracked. Every single piece was either cracked, bent, or broken. Seller has refused to give returns or refunds.
