USPS may have dropped the package, but seller helped me get the clock running. Before buying, I would have appreciated knowing more details about its condition (e.g., cracking face paint, non-original pendulum hangs crooked). But in general, I'm delighted to have a clock just like my grandmother's. I would buy from this seller again.
