I thought I was buying a Factory Sealed case from them, but unfortunately, they sent me an opened case and tried to retape it with packaging tape and denied all claims to avoid giving partial refund since it wasn't a sealed case like you see in the photos. I have full video of the package arriving at my front door to me examining it in my living room. So, I have no need to lie about this, and they didn't want to take responsibility.
