Offered for your consideration: Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Image Stabilizer Lens - AS-IS/For Parts Only. As you can see I have posted a lot of photos showing the lens all around. I do not have a Canon camera to test it with but... the zoom gets stuck, if you go back and fourth it will zoom, same for the focus (I have no means of trying the autofocus, though I am sure it will definitely have at least some issues). When I kind of gently shake the lens, I can tell, something is loose inside. The front glass doesn't look good, I have at least a few photos to show that. Once again, it is offered as is, for parts or perhaps repair.

Product Information

This compact, high ratio zoom lens was developed along with the EF28-200mm f/3.5-5.6 USM lens and is identical to it except that a DC motor is used instead of the USM for focusing. The optical and operational specifications are the same also. The silver ring at the front of the zoom ring presents high-quality appearance, and the optical system uses only environmentally friendly lead-free glass.
