So a tyre without a tube was the answer. It had 12mm axle holes so was just right although advert showed a choice of bosses which were not included. Nice bright red colour with black tyre.

It had inflated tyres that kept getting punctured. These wheels came with various centres that enabled the correct fitment to the barrow spindles. Easy fitment. I only had to add an additional washer (in picture) to each wheel. Easy.

Seller immediately sent a replacement which was received quickly, this was damaged in transit but the seller gave a 40% discount. Fantastic communication. Seller let down by couriers.
