The post office should have paid for this not the seller. But the seller did. I’m grateful, but it’s not fair to the seller. I told USPS that, and Post Master agreed and shrugged. If they pay up as they should, I will be refunding this seller. Thank you again for all the efforts if reading this. Appreciated.
