Shipping was quick however a small complaint was the packaging. The sweater (XL) was only wrapped in a plastic bag and the packaging which wasn't a box. The packaging was torn through the shipping journey which did cause another small hole on the shoulder. The garment itself is outstanding quality and the price was excellent!
