However all items arrived in perfect condition due to the individual wrapping & protection. Save this seller because when you find a porcelain seller who takes such care with wrapping & are a pleasure to communicate with, you can’t go wrong. Thanks

The seller was extremely quick to respond to my message and fairly offered me a 20% refund for the damage... The partial refund was also dealt with promptly! All the other items were packaged securely and in lovely condition. This seller is trustworthy! I would feel very confident to buy from him again! I have saved this seller. Thanks :)
