Most likely was installed improperly or broken by the user who said he tried to install it himself. It was also much cheaper than anyone on ebay because of the non-refund policy which was undoubtedly the reason he bought it.

It would not keep me from buying other products from this seller, as commutation was great , quick and very apologetic for the mix up. I'd give them a A+ as a seller and they value their customers and doing right by them.
