I ordered my LSU pennant from her on 6/30, Monday afternoon (which completes my Dad's 1950s SEC set that he gave to me) and it arrived to me on the first day of the given window of 7/3 - 7/10. My only request for future transactions such as a pennant would be for her to cut two pieces of cardboard out, slightly bigger in the shape of the pennant to keep the pennant from being wrinkled or creased in shipping.
