    Package arrived quickly. Product was double boxed. Unfortunately, the inner box was quite damaged, and the damage had affected the paper towels. Three of the 6 rolls were damaged. I notified the seller and received a rapid response with a apology for the damage. Seller offered reduced price or return. I kept the paper towels with price reduction. I was very pleased with how this situation was handled. I will look at this seller's site for future purchases.

    Item was described as new but with damaged box for great low price. I took a chance on purchasing this despite poor box condition. Item received in NEW condition, all packing materials for item were in place and box was taped up securely to prevent damaged parts of box from unraveling. Received correct item, in correct color, with all working parts functional and included. Appearance looks like new to me! High quality item at great price. Highly recommend this seller
