The phones were packaged well and in good shape. They charged up with no issues.

I requested a refund, for the dead batteries, but they refused. Just want to make sure you are aware, before you purchase, you may have to replace the batteries, once you receive it. I didn’t think, the cost of batteries, warranted negative feedback. I don’t think it was intentional, by the seller.
