Also, international delivery (from the USA to the UK) was prompt, and the price was reasonable for an out-of-print book. Many thanks for that. In particular, *very* effective cardboard *and* cellophane packaging was used to protect the book during its international transit. This meant the book arrived safe and in great condition, with no "dings" or bends.
