I have tried 2 other belts and they are wider than this belt and caused slow start up of my TD 125 MKII. With this belt, the problem is solved. Vinyl Nirvana is a Thorens expert. My old Thornes belt had begun to come off sometime and needed a replacement. I wasted my money on a couple of knockoffs and got burnt. Don't go for the knockoff. Get this belt. It works. A little pricey, but worth it. This seller was prompt and well packaged.
