This frame was a replacement for the one that apparently got lost by the USPS. I notified the company and they said to wait a few days and if it still hadn't arrived they would ship a replacement. I send a message that the original one had not arrived and the replacement arrived four days later. Honest, reliable company and I LOVE their frames. Always shipped quickly and well-packed.
