The value for money is excellent.and the appearance of the rake is impressive like it is just ready to do business. Due to the weather changing I was not able to use the rake but was able to 'try it out' and it worked very well as you would expect. The rake arrived with me in excellent condition. It was very well packaged.

Easy to build, massive construction and very effective. I,m not so sure that the nuts and bolts are Stainless steel, so they were treated to a good soaking in Lithium grease, that should do the trick. 100% well made, 100% seller, top pack and delivered by Buzz Lightyear. The handle isn't flimsy though I might superglue the segments together anyhow just incase as it's the size I need. The tines are decent quality as well, perfect for getting the thatch out of the grass and the head can swivel forward and backwards depending on your preference. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Can't see me needing to buy another for a good while

Anyway I got in touch with the company who were very approachable they got back to me within a few hours and sent a replacement which I received today. It was packaged well I have not yet tried it but I have faith i will have no problems.
