After not delivering on time they stated a failed delivery attempt then the next day left the two damaged parcels on the doorstep and ran! My wife caught sight of him leaving the driveway.. Why the positive review? Home Discount Customer Services were quick to respond to my message and prompt in dealing with the situation. Did it go well... no... was it sorted quickly? Yes it was. This is when you discover if a seller is good or not!
