I received the package, opened the box and removed the item. I did not like what I saw and complained to the seller (email + pics). Seller agreed and was apologetic. They quickly sourced a replacement, unpacked it, checked it, repacked and shipped it all within 2/3 days. I have now received it, I've unpacked it, checked it and I'm happy with it. Well done seller, A1.
