That makes it difficult to run a train, especially something as small as the "n" gauge. I contacted the seller and he offered three choices and after asking him to send me a new one he agreed. Then I was notified by my bank that I had a credit for the amount that I had paid for the crossover. You can't get a better deal than that from anyone. I will buy again from the seller again.
