Seller did everything they were supposed to do, well packed & shipped very fast. I ordered 4 other boxes of the same brand off Ebay from different sellers & same happened - No one's fault - 30 year old, intricate, fragile objects, sometimes this just happens. The artwork is gorgeous and unique - This is a real treasure - I love it!
