I sent the first one that I received back and got a replacement. That one didn’t let me in either no matter what password they gave me. I decided to just request a refund. Although I’m highly bummed that the computer didn’t work the customer service agent was kind a patient so that was a plus. I don’t recommend this laptop if you want one without any issues.
