The seller admitted to me that their staff are untrained and don't know the difference. The seller was rude, devious and unwilling to help resolve the problem. He purchased two entirely different covers and complained that they were not a match. He was advised that warehouse staff are not intentionally looking for a match, because warehouse staff do not know what a humbucker is, they just pick from a shelf. He was advised he was welcome to return for a refund at his cost, as his presumption of two different products matching was incorrect.
