The dealer then insulted me with telling me that it was not going to refund my money because she wrapped the handle in bubble wrap and marked it fragile. Also I had fragile tags on the box. You claimed that it was broken even before you had opened the package. You broke the purse by dropping it. I offered a goodwill gesture as your messages were rude and threatening and I wanted them to stop. You ended up sending the package back to me with the purse thrown in the box not bubble wrapped and came smashed in pieces. What a shame as this was a familly heriloom.
