The shoes came in and my wife loved them until she tried them on, she walked just a few feet, and the shoe was coming apart in front of us. I sent an email and received a fast response form the seller. They sent a return label quickly and I was given a quick refund. The shoes were new in the box, so it had to be a defective shoe with no fault of the seller.
