Seller was excellent, reached out to them if I could have a torch with markings on it, they got back very quickly considering time zones and their daily business. However, (and not the seller's fault) the U.S.P.S. shipping was terrible. First, the package was never scanned in after the initial creation of the shipping label. Then the U.S.P.S. "lost" the package.
