During this time, I found out it wouldn’t work with 3 U.S. carriers I checked on, and I found out before they shipped the phone. So I messaged them and told them the phone wouldn’t work and to please cancel and refund my order. They told me “rest assured it will work in the U.S.” it didn’t. They said they’d give me another BB. They wanted to fix the problem by giving me another BB. Makes sense, right?
