Unreasonable in communication without any accountability. BUYERS BEWARE. Been buying since 1999, never have had this happen. Had to remind the seller to ship. Shipped a week late. Then seller mentioned there was no sleeve. There was an image of the sleeve on the listing. No mention in the description. Said this was perfectly normal and fine. I asked for a % refund, they said no.
