However, I was sent the incorrect power supply so I was unable to use it initially. I messaged the seller right away and they advised they’d send the correct one out. Unfortunately the new power supply never came and I had to buy a new one to be able to use the device

Ordered 7 drives, all came packed incredibly well, and even though one was bad (they're used, it's expected) the seller replied extremely quickly and sent a new drive no questions asked, and provided a shipping label to send the defective one back. Upon receiving the new one, it works perfectly and my server is happy again! Overall an amazing experience.
