The seller was very easy to work with on return of the devices and also gave me a discount on the device I decided to keep. Excellent customer service!

The shipping label was created on around noon on 3/24(Mon) at USPS. USPS was waiting for the item on 3/25(Tue). I contacted the seller and got the response quickly. I was told the item was at TX, not the seller location at CA. It ended up the item was shipped out in the morning on 3/26(Wed) from TX via USPS priority package, and was delivered on 3/29(Sat). Very good product.
