I know nothing about guitars BUT I do know how to list dimensions and post accurate pictures, a shame he didn't check. Waiting return to refund

Customer Service was good. They packed the chips well for going over the Atlantic to the US. Was as described, good value. The shipping cost was horrible but that was no fault to them. Stock up if you plan to ship to the US as shipping was worth more than the chips. Would buy from again easily.
