Item appeared to be dropped hard from fairly high like on the top of other packages because bottom broke during shipping. I alerted seller and he got right back to me with a refund. Would purchase from him again because of great and speedy response and eagerness to make things right (even though it obviously wasn’t his fault but shippers).
