I had a question about the item and he responded right away. I placed the order on a Mon night 10 pm and Wed 7:30 pm UPS delivered it! I wasn't expecting it to be delivered that fast so seller exceeded my expectations and the laptop was exactly how it was described brand new straight from the factory. If anyone is thinking about ordering from this seller JUST DO IT! I
