The seller was very polite and advised me there was no way to change a package after being sent. Then the mail strike happened. I received the watch December 23 and it is fantastic. The watch was well packaged. The dial is a wonderful colour the quick release leather strap fits and feels wonderful. I am very happy with my purchase and with the seller.
