We always go off of the top of the spring which is why I requested a second image. After receiving these springs back from you, we noticed that the manufacturer marked one of the springs black when it should have been red which we do apologize for. You were uncooperative when we were in fact trying to help you. This could have been handled sooner and quicker with just a simple image.
