I misplaced the package (my fault), and sent them a message saying that the package hadn't come yet (it had, someone else had picked it up for me and I didn't know where it was), and they not only refunded me, but offered to reship the order at their expense. I ended up finding the package, and I let them know, they just let me keep the items! Anyways, A++++++++ seller, definitely reccomemend!
