I was given 3 options from the seller on how to fix this. I tried all 3 and it has relaxed somewhat. The problem is that the weaving is tighter in the middle. I texted the seller again and was given the same info as before. Nothing new. If the seller would check the rugs before mailing (quality control) this would never be an issue.
