I had to wait for the return label, wait for the item to be recieved by a third party because the seller is dropshipping, then had to wait for my refund to process, all before having to do a whole new order rather than an exchange. Meanwhile, I was without a trash can all that time. The seller ignored my cancellation and shipped me a box of BandAids instead of my shed. Never once did they communicate with me after several messages from me. I got eBay involved and they forced the seller to give me a refund. I don’t believe the original owner of this eBay store who earned the good reputation is still running this eBay store.
