When I asked why, they said that the shipping address was "unverifiable." Been using same shipping address in eBay for 20 years, and nobody else has had a problem. Before proceeding with a return, I decided to cancel the order and double-check the address. Unfortunately, the postal service refused to accept the package, which is an issue beyond our control. There was little packaging or padding. The box was barely taped together with gaps that the small parts could fall out. It’s a shame because this mixer is fixable but shipped out very haphazardlykitchenaid mixer replacement parts (#226278945396)
