I had a similar one that the brass end that connects to the nozzle ended up snapping off because we hooked it up didn't drain it and had another freezing night so our fault. This one is just as good lightweight easy to maneuver, simple to install, and is way way better than a regular hose we I'll never go back haha. Also ot cane with a hose holder which my other one did not so that was very nice and the price was outstanding.

These expandable hose (I've had several) are destined to fail, the amount of time is determined by the quality of the hose and this one looks well made. Time will tell. I purchased a 75 foot hose that came in a plastic bag mailer and fit in my mailbox. They take-up very little storage space.
