Please note that we offer these engraved urns at an extremely low price. You requested two sets of engraving, which alone would typically cost over £50 elsewhere. The urn is coated with black epoxy resin, which can attract dust—this can easily be wiped clean with a standard kitchen towel.As it's a handcrafted angel wing urn with a shaded finish rather than solid black, slight variations are part of the design. They suggested I send the Urn back, and they would include the Surname that I had forgotten to add, but it would not be centred. To be honest, it would not have been too much of an issue, as it was only 4 letters.
