I understand that defects happen but I also believe that a seller should stand by there product. I tried reaching out to the seller without response. I still have one that I have not used in fear that it too will break. The coat was a bit much for something that breaks upon use.

Seller wants me to incur cost to send back, find box to send them back in and go to wherever to return. While emailing seller about this, he disregards my emails (more wasted time) and wants me to take pictures. Wait for his late replies, and send back for refund. Terrible seller not to be trusted.

These small glass pipes are awesome. One hit better than I thought. These are wider than they look in the photos and are more like 4-5 hitters. Unfortunately only the length was listed, not the width, so it was hard to tell until I got it. I get it, you can't spend too much time making a listing. I am the same. So I messaged them the question. Never got a response.
