I contacted the seller a they got back to me within 24hrs and explained there were some delivery delays and would I mind waiting. The crucible arrived next day. A crucible that I had ordered from another seller arrived with the porcelain jacket broken because it was poorly packaged. This seller sent the crucible incredibly well wrapped so no such problem. Crucible is well finished and has a cover. Very happy and would recommend buying this seller.
