Which is totally not truth. After, several weeks of waiting, I have been ignored. This is a very UN-professional company, Staffs. It took so long that it was too late for me to return the Item.

I contacted the seller about this and immediately offered a $50 refund which was very fair and got it processed in a day. Seller was helpful and responded quickly would buy again when I need another wheel in the future.
